Article 1: Scope of Application

These Terms & Conditions apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of Renart OÜ. A “customer” is any natural or legal person who makes an order with Renart OÜ via our secure payment platform.

Renart OÜ only accepts customers aged 18 or older. Our meal plans and programs are designed for adults and may not be suitable for minors. Any customer under 18 will receive a full refund and access to purchased resources will be revoked.

Article 4: Price

Prices are indicated in USD and include applicable taxes. Renart OÜ reserves the right to change prices at any time; the price applied to your order will be the one shown at the time of purchase.

Payment is due immediately upon placing the order. We accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) through our secure payment provider, Stripe. All payment information is encrypted during transmission. Renart OÜ is not responsible for any security issues related to the payment provider.

All products are digital and delivered instantly via email after successful payment. Please ensure your email address is correct so you can receive your resources without delay.
